I recently had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Zambia. The staff were incredibly efficient and friendly, going above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. They even helped me with my car, unloading and storing my equipment while it was washed, and then reloading everything afterwards. The level of service was truly exceptional. Moreover, the hotel provided a calm and relaxing atmosphere, which was just what I needed after a long and dusty journey. The free Wi-Fi was excellent, allowing me to stay connected without any issues. this hotel was a hidden gem in Africa, providing a refreshing and enjoyable stay.

Everything was perfect, no improvements needed.

The staff here is so helpful and quick to respond, which we really appreciated. the food was fantastic with plenty of options to choose from-we both absolutely loved it! 🍽️

A pleasant stay with a clean swimming pool. We liked the view of the mountain. Near to the downtown, 5 minutes on foot...

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location is excellent as it's on the Main Road and close to the brewery. I also enjoyed the hotel facilities, particularly the inviting pool area and the fitness centre. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and the breakfast was delicious.

The Protea Hotel in Chipata is an oasis with a fully stocked bar, inviting pool area, and delicious steak at the restaurant. The staff was efficient, friendly, and went the extra mile. The facility was clean and the wifi was excellent. A real find in Africa.

Nothing, it was perfect.

Located on the busy Main Road, this hotel's prime location makes it convenient to explore nearby attractions. the brewery and restaurant are just a stone's throw away, making it easy to enjoy local food and drinks. Guests can enjoy the well-equipped rooms and well-maintained bathrooms. the staff offers great service and ensures that guests feel at home. the breakfast buffet is delicious and has a variety of options. Guests can relax by the pool or use the gym and conference facilities.

One aspect that could be improved is general maintenance.

Great food and lovely pool area. The hotel was situated near some interesting shops and had a convenient shuttle bus to the airport.

Our room was run down and in need of maintenance. The curtains were hanging awkwardly and the street-facing windows didn't have any privacy.

Additionally, the hotel staff were extremely attentive and provided excellent service throughout my stay. They were always friendly and ready to assist with any requests or inquiries. Lastly, I was pleased with the basic amenities provided in my room. The attention to detail in maintaining a comfortable and clean environment was evident, with no issues of air circulation and a well-prepared breakfast served every morning.

All in all, my experience at this hotel was great and I have no complaints.

Friendly staff, great location, and comfortable rooms. During my recent city trip, I had the pleasure of staying in a hotel with the friendliest staff I've ever encountered. They were always on hand to assist with luggage and were very accommodating to any requests I had. the hotel was also located in a great spot, close to many attractions and amenities. the rooms were comfortable and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay, including a cozy bed and all necessary amenities.
